It's about time I actually got around to getting this blog off the ground.

I'm an amatuer chef and griller but I'm wanting to learn more and expand my horizons, so to speak. Through this site I'll be talking about lots of different grilling subjects including grilling/smoking equipment, grilling recipes, techniques, classes, contests, and pretty much anything else I can find to share.
